Kim combines business expertise with personal experience of how to make an impact on the football field – giving him the perfect credentials to coach young people as they embark on their career.
Kim worked in the financial services sector for over 30 years, primarily in insurance management and coaching.
But he also used to play football for Kidderminster Harriers and Wycombe Wanderers, including two winning performances at Wembley, so he knows all about coping under pressure.
