What happens afterwards?
After the Transitions Programme, learners are ready to start an employer-sponsored project when opportunities come up.
- Over several weeks, learners will work with our client to give solutions to their issues.
- Learners will develop a business idea to tackle these challenges. They will show it to our client in a Dragon’s Den-style presentation.
