What happens afterwards?

After the Transition to Work Programme, learners are ready to start an employer-sponsored project when opportunities come up.

  • Over several weeks, learners will work with our client to give solutions to their issues.
  • Learners will develop a business idea to tackle these challenges. They will show it to our client in a Dragon’s Den-style presentation.
