We will use the Skillsbuilder Launchpad and Benchmark to monitor your progression in the 8 essential skills below:
Why use SkillsBuilder?
Skillsbuilder’s essential skills Listening, Speaking, Aiming High, Problem Solving, Creativity, Staying Positive, Leadership and Teamwork are closely linked to the modules on our skills programmes and attaining these skills is marked against 4 levels: Getting Started, Intermediate, Advanced and Mastery.
Developing these skills is incredibly useful, but being able to reflect on your own development and identify areas for improvement is another valuable skill, something which SkillsBuilder enables you to do.
How do I get started?
Your DI coaches will introduce SkillsBuilder to you during your sessions, and will hold regular reviews to measure your progress throughout the programme.
You will have various opportunities to supplement your training which will be indicated by this SkillsBuilder Check Point icon.
When you see this icon, head to the SkillsBuilder platform to access additional learning materials which will help consolidate what you have learnt in your sessions.
