What is the Kickstart Scheme?

The Kickstart Scheme offers employers funding to create new, high-quality jobs for young people aged 16-24 who are on Universal Credit and at risk of long-term unemployment.

This scheme provides a fully funded opportunity for young people to gain experience of working in some of Britain’s most exciting companies, whilst allowing those companies to access a large pool of young people who are full of potential and ready for an opportunity to develop.
